Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship Hardware

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging with all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
